Refunds are only issued if an error occurs on our part, such as an incorrect flavor, design, or product that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can address the issue. We may request photos or samples of the product, and at our discretion, we may offer a replacement or partial credit. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date for custom orders will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable due to the preparation involved. For standard orders, such as cake jars or chocolate-dipped strawberries, cancellations made at least 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Please note that our kitchen processes common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. While we currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan options, we take great care to handle all ingredients with attention to quality.
